Mr Alfonso Chu is a seasoned real estate professional who has been practising in the Asia Pacific Region for almost four decades. Apart from construction project management, facilities management , property development services to local corporations and MNCs such as Vanke, Guangdong Development, China Resources, Motorola, China Hewlett Packard, Philips, Sun Hung Kai Properties, Kerry Properties . Alfonso also participates in Real Estate Capital Markets Operations which included pre IPO advisory to major PRC property developers including Country Gardens, Agile, Soho China and Ever Grande to go publicly listed in HK.
Alfonso is actively engaged in providing financing, asset and wealth management services to corporations and well off clients including pre-IPO advisory, debt/bond issuance, personal wealth administration, insurance and estates planning etc in Hong Kong recently.
Alfonso and partner has formed an asset management corporation, namely Bisan Fund Management Pty Ltd, a fully licensed capital markets operations in Sydney Australia in Q1 2019. And has currently managed assets of more than USD50Millions and has successfully launched first Fund at USD5Million to Subscribers in Greater China Region.
Alfonso is a fellow member of both Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors/ Chartered Institute of Building of United Kingdom.

Kevin was a Business Development and Project Management practising in Hong Kong & Singapore, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary System Integration. He has more than 8 years of technology management experience in a wide range of projects, from financial institutions to large investment banks. He is also an experienced Project Manager, Sales and marketing expertise.
Kevin is now the Director of Silver Map, a team of project management professionals providing real estate development and investment projects with multinational & regional organisations across South East Asia. Siler Map harnesses Kevin’s passion for integrative creativity and innovation, as he leads the project and consultation process for the firm’s business development, investment management and Crypto Currency business.

Dennis is a veteran banker with more than 22-year experience in banking and financing sector, arranged financing activities through loans, bonds (EMTN, 144A. Dim Sum, Panda) and other structured products in both SEA and Europe.
He now serves as Director of Silver Map and his last role is with Dah Sing Bank, a listed local bank in Hong Kong for more than 20 years. Before that, he also being appointed as Executive Director of First Credit Finance Group (8215) for a short period and Executive Director of UGHL OTC US for some time.
